Miley Company Limited ("MCL") is an employee-owned, multi-disciplinary engineering company incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario. From offices located in Toronto, MCL has been serving the process industries since 1983. MCL's "target market" is in the small to medium size companies, although major corporations such as Sunoco and Ontario Hydro are also on our list of satisfied clients.

Project locations have included Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Alberta, and British Columbia in Canada, Arizona, Illinois, Florida, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Oklahoma, S. Carolina, and Utah in the United States, Colombia, China, Taiwan and U.A.E.. To facilitate commercial arrangements with our U.S. based clients, MCL also operates as Miley Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania.
MCL provides full services to Clients for economic evaluations, project development, project management, preliminary and detail engineering, procurement, contract administration, construction supervision, start-up and operating assistance, and training.
In association with its affiliate, Curry Hydrocarbons Inc. ("CHI"), MCL provides speciality services in the fields of operations analysis, hazard and reliability analysis, fire and safety studies, and loss prevention.
